SENIOR RESIDENTIAL CHILDCARE WORKER (Senior RCW) - THERAPEUTIC CHILDREN'S HOMES - 2/3 Bed

Positions available in Taunton & Bridgwater areas.

*Salary Range: £32,369.00 - £38,380 per annum. This salary is inclusive of seven sleep-in payments per month, remunerated at £55.00 per sleep-in. Employees may undertake up to 10 sleep-ins per month. The stated salary is for full-time positions and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

*Golden Hello Incentive:

  • £500 after successful completion of a six-month probationary period.
  • £500 after successful completion of twelve months' employment.

We are on the lookout for dynamic Senior Residential Childcare Workers (Senior RCWs) to join our team in the Children’s Homes. As a Senior RCW, you will take on pivotal leadership and supervisory roles, guiding a small team of Residential Childcare Workers (RCWs). Working directly with young people, you will ensure that psychologically informed targets are met. You will participate in regular child-centred meetings with the clinical team and support the Registered Manager in delivering the highest quality care.
